All sales are final. As these are used vehicles they have typical wear according to the year and model.
By placing a deposit and or the full purchase price either for purchasing a particular vehicle or purchasing a vehicle available or coming into the market at a future date you are entering into a binding contract between you the purchaser and the broker for this website. Deposits/Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. By making a deposit or payment you agree to the terms stated herein. As these are used vehicles they are sold as is.We are not responsible for any unforeseen delays.It is the purchasers responsibility for any cost incurred besides the fob price. Any inspection outside of photos that are available online or from a seller will incur an inspection fee of $350 USD plus expenses will be incurred if traveling is involved outside of 20 klms of the Tokyo central business district.All vehicles are located in Japan and they are sold under the laws and duridictions of Japan.Any disputes will be handled acording to Japanese regulations and laws.
